Damaged Guarantee

• A product sizing issue (manufacturer’s defect)
• An issue with the product (incorrect size, brand, quality)
• If the product in your order is broken or damaged in the mail.
• If you receive the wrong product in your order.

We will send you a new t-shirt at absolutely no charge to you.

Lost Guarantee

• The order is lost in transit, and the actual shipping time exceeds the general shipping timeframe for orders.

Quality Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with the quality of the products you order if you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us.

We will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible if is validated.

We will print & ship a new t-shirt for you free of charge.

If for any reason you aren't happy with your print please contact us within 30 days and we will help fix the issue the best we can. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges as each item is one-off and highly personalized. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the ordered wrong size, color, or simply changed of mind.
