Story

The journey started on set with a small goal. The squirrel🐿️ wants to go exercise to stay strong and slim because she's been gaining some weight. She is always busy building a nest, storing food & helping friends.

One day, she strolled past a soccer field and saw people playing. Then some were doing Pilates by the lake. Across the park, others were playing baseball.

And just like that she realized life had more to offer. She’d never tried these sports before... but why not now?

That simple choice: to move, to try, to say yes; led her to friendships, love, and a journey that grew into this small business, a reminder that progress, connection, and joy often begin with just one step...

Hi! I’m Rhea Lin; a fitness and wellness enthusiast from sunny Singapore ☀️
As a wife and mum-to-be, I’m learning that staying active, joyful, and purposeful matters more than ever; both in training and in life.

Fit Fun Faith was born from a love of the gym, a lot of laughs, and more than a few “one more rep” moments. My hope is to inspire people everywhere to stay active, have fun through the grind, and keep the faith even on the busy, imperfect days.
