Refund policy

Most of Fit Fun Faith products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed of mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color or simply changed of mind. Most of Fit.Fun.Faith products are unique and produced only once ordered as many items are personlisation hence it stand at your own preferences like your name etc therefore we do not take returns of products, which means you don't have to physically return the item to us. Just provide detailed informations and photos of the items you received to let us resolve your problem.

Wrong size or Color or simply changed of Mind
We understand that sometimes mistake do happens therefore all orders, we will hold on for the first 2 hours before proceeding and sent it to the production side to make your products. So to say, orders can be cancelled or modified winthin 2 hours only after being placed.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
